Reloadable Card Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase, use, and reloading of the prepaid car
wash card (“Card”). By purchasing or using the Card, the cardholder (“you” or “Cardholder”) agrees
to these Terms.

1. Participating Locations

   • The Card is valid only at participating Pioneer, Fas Gas, Chevron, Ultramar, or On the Run
     locations in Canada (collectively, “Participating Locations”). To locate a Participating
     Location, visit journie.ca/locations. Participating Locations may change without notice.

2. Purchase, Activation, and Use

   • Cards may be purchased at Participating Locations and are available pre-loaded with either
     5 or 25 “best” car washes.

   • Cards are activated at the time of purchase.

   • To redeem a car wash, tap or wave the Card at the designated reader at the car wash
     entrance.

   • Cards cannot be used toward fuel purchases or any other products or services unless
     expressly stated.

3. Reloading

   • Cards can be reloaded at Participating Locations.

   • Reloaded washes are automatically added to any unused washes already on the Card.

   • Car washes do not expire. If a wash appears expired or unavailable, visit a Participating
     Location for assistance.

4. Non-Refundable; No Cash Value

   • Cards are non-refundable, non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value.

   • Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other products, services, or credits.

   • Cards may not be used in combination with coupons, discounts, promotions, or any other
     offers unless expressly permitted.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards

   • Parkland Corporation (“Parkland”) is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misused
     Cards.

   • Cardholders are solely responsible for safeguarding their Cards.

   • Cards will not be replaced, reissued, or refunded if lost, stolen, or damaged.

6. Ownership and Restrictions

   • Cards remain the exclusive property of Parkland at all times.

   • Parkland may cancel or refuse to honour any Card, without refund, if it believes the Card
     has been used in violation of these Terms, for illegal, fraudulent, or improper purposes, or in
     a manner that could harm Parkland, its customers, or its partners.

   • Resale, transfer for value, duplication, or reproduction of Cards or individual washes is
     strictly prohibited.

7. Availability and Vehicle Eligibility

   • Car wash availability, hours of operation, and wash types vary by Participating Location.

   • Not all vehicles are eligible for all wash services.

8. Records and Account Accuracy

   • Parkland’s internal electronic records of remaining and redeemed washes are final, binding,
     and conclusive.

   • Cardholders may request a balance check at Participating Locations.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

   • Parkland makes no representation or warranty regarding (i) the uninterrupted availability of
     car wash services, (ii) the performance or quality of wash equipment, or (iii) wash results.

   • Parkland is not liable for (i) damage to any vehicle or personal property arising from use of
     the Card or car wash services, or (ii) service interruptions, equipment malfunction,
     weather-related closures, or unavailability at Participating Locations.

   • Cardholders use wash services at their own risk.

10. Governing Law

    • This Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province
      or territory in which the Cardholder resides, and the federal laws of Canada applicable
      therein, without reference to conflict of laws provisions.

11. Amendments

    • Parkland may amend, update, or discontinue these Terms or the Card program at any time,
      with or without notice, as permitted by law. The most current version of the Terms will be
      made available upon request.
