We’re excited for the next evolution of the Journie Rewards App! It will make it easy for you to find new deals and savings, and also give you more choice on when and how you use some of those savings. Some of the new features are listed below:

The Journie App no longer uses a 6-digit code to identify you as a Journie member at the pump. You can now simply enter your 10-digit phone number at the pump or on the pin pad in-store.

Choose when to use Gas Discounts on the app. When you’re ready to use one, just make sure your gas discount is set to “Applied to next fill” before you fill up. By default it will always be at this setting, but if you want to save it for another time, toggle it to “Saved for later”.

Selecting when to use your Gas discount is a unique feature for App users only. Members who strictly use a plastic card will have their Gas Discount automatically applied to their next fill up, up to 100 L.

We’re also giving app members more choice on how they want to be rewarded. Now under your profile in the settings page, members can choose what they want to receive as their reward when they reach 300 points.
YES! There’s no cost in joining Journie Rewards.
If you’re a Canadian resident over the age of 16, you can join Journie Rewards.

Pick up a Journie Rewards Card at any participating On Tthe Run, Pioneer, Fas Gas, Ultramar or Chevron location, or use the number on your current Card, and register your Card online at Journie.ca.
From the moment you register in our App or register your card at Journie.ca, you start earning Journie Points.

If you’re an app user, it’s as simple as entering your phone number at our pumps or scanning your digital card in store at participating locations.

A Journie Rewards card works, too: Simply use it at the pump or in-store, at participating locations.
You will be able to earn Journie Points at participating On the Run, Pioneer, Fas Gas, Ultramar and Chevron locations. For a complete listing, click here.
You’ll be able to earn points on gas purchases at stations where Journie Rewards are offered. Some of our convenience stores can’t offer points when you buy in-store products. Check the Map section in your Journie App or click here to see a list of participating Journie Rewards locations. In the station details, you can see which locations offer points on in-store merchandise.

Only one card can be used per Journie Rewards account holder.
Points cannot be earned for the purchase of the following items/services: natural gas, alcohol in some provinces, tobacco purchases, gift cards, prepaid long-distance cards, prepaid cellular cards, bill payments, items that are excluded by law, and other items specified by Parkland as exclusions from time to time.
Instantly; your Journie Points are updated almost immediately.
An update on your Journie Points is always available on your Journie App which you can download on your iOS or Android device or when you log in to Journie.ca. Your points balance is also on your receipt. Remember, you never lose points, every time you pass 300 Journie Points, your earning cycle then restarts and your excess points carry over.
Journie Points have no cash value and Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
Only one card can be used per Journie Rewards account holder, per validated email address.
Within 30 days from the date of the transaction on the receipt, you can email us a copy of your receipt to [email protected], and we can look into your request for retroactive points. If you are unable to email us, then you can contact us at 1-833-Journie (568-7643) and we will be happy to assist you.
If you have chosen to save the gas discount for later in your App, you will need to ensure you’re using your 10-digit phone number to identify yourself at the pump or in store. If you happen to have a plastic card as well, and use that when you pump, the system will automatically apply any gas discounts you have to that transaction.
Every time you earn 300 Journie Points, you have the option to select which reward you want to choose. You can do this by setting your preference in the App, under your profile in the settings page. If you select to receive the 7¢/L Gas Discount at 300 points, it will be applied to the first 100 litres of your next fill-up if you’re using a plastic card. If you are an app user the discount is added to your account and set to “Applied to next fill” by default. You can choose when to use your discount and “Save it for later”.

The next time you fill up at one of our participating locations, if you’re an app user, just enter your phone number at the pump or scan your barcode in store. If you use a plastic card, use it at the pump or in-store.
Every 300 Points, you’ll have the option to choose which reward means the most to you. In your account preferences which can be set in your Journie App, you will have the ability to choose between an M&M Food MarketTM voucher or a 7CPL discount.

On the way to 300 points, you’ll get to choose two other rewards at 75 points and 150 points, without giving up any of your points. Choosing Rewards does not take away from your progress, as your points remain even when you claim a Reward at the 75 point and 150 point level, we simply keep counting toward the 300-point threshold.
No. Your Rewards, are unlocked as you pass the 75-point and 150-point thresholds. They’re yours to choose and enjoying them will not impact your progress toward 300 points. Once you pass 300 points, your balance will reset and once again start counting toward 300 points, but that will be the only time you see your account balance drop.
Once you are eligible for a reward at 75 points and 150 points, you need to complete the following steps to receive it:

  1. Select your Journie Reward in the App or by logging into your account on Journie.ca. You must make a reward selection within 60 days or else they will expire.

  2. IF YOU CHOSE A DRINK OR SNACK - Find it in-store and grab it. Scan your App or card at checkout and it’s yours for free! You’ll need to pick it up from a participating location within 60 days of when you earned it.

  3. IF YOU CHOSE A GAS SAVINGS REWARD: Your Gas Savings reward will automatically be applied to your next gas purchase of up to 100 litres if you’re using a plastic card. If you’re using the App, chose when to use your discount by ‘’making sure in the app it’s set to “Apply to next fill”. You must fill up within 60 days or your discount expires.

In the app, you can check the home screen or Rewards tab to see what Rewards are available. If you are on Journie.ca, these will be visible on your dashboard.
Yes they will expire. You have 60 days to select and redeem a reward from the day it was earned.
Unfortunately, you cannot re-choose your reward once selected.
You can view your transaction history in the App or in your account at Journie.ca, to see if your gas discount was applied or not. If it appears you didn’t receive this, then we’ll happily sort this out with you through our Contact Us feature or at 1-833-Journie (568-7643).
All pay at the pump transactions are automatically pre-authorized for $200 (may vary by site) unless another amount is selected on the “select fill to amount” screen. The term “pre-authorize” means that your financial institution (not On The Run, Pioneer, Fas Gas, Ultramar, Chevron or Journie Rewards) will hold the amount of funds that you select at the pump (regardless of how much you pump), until they receive the actual completion amount. In some cases this can take up to 48 hours. As an example, if you select an amount of $50 to fuel but only pump $30, you will be pre-authorized by your financial institution for $50, and that amount will be held until the financial institution receives the completion amount of $30. If you do not select an amount at the pump, you will automatically be pre-authorized for $200, and that amount will be held by your financial institution until the final amount is received. You will see your Journie Rewards discount once the financial institution receives the completion amount.
The Carbon Offset Reward is an eco-friendly reward option occasionally offered as a Second Reward at 150 points, and offsets the carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions from a 45 L fuel purchase. We’re excited to add another improvement to the Journie Rewards App! We’ve made updates to include the following changes:

In-App Purchases – Journie App users can purchase 6 different car wash products in-App, 3 of which are exclusive to mobile members. All car wash codes purchased on the App can be used at any participating location.

Code Upload – Journie App users have the ability to upload codes purchased in-store into the App for mobile redemption. Uploaded codes can only be used at the location where the it was purchased.

Redemption – Journie App users can start the car wash directly from the App without needing to interact with any hardware at the front of the car wash.
A list of participating locations can be found on the App under the “Car Wash Eligible” filter. You can only use the new car wash functionalities in the App at select locations with an automatic car wash.
Yes you can! In-store car wash purchases made prior to April 20, 2023, can be uploaded into the App. Car washes purchased in store are only redeemable for that location, regardless if its redeemed manually, or through the mobile app. Also important to note, once you have entered a car wash code from a wash you purchased in store , you can only redeem this through the App, using the new functionality.
No, any single wash or package purchased on the App MUST be used at a participating location only. These locations can be found on the App under the “Car Wash Eligible” filter.
Once you have completed your car wash purchase in the App, you can redeem your wash by following these instructions:

You must ensure you are at a participating car wash location.

Select ‘Wash car’ under the ‘What would you like to do?’ section.

Select ‘Use pass’ under the applicable wash.

You also have to ensure the following:

Bluetooth and location services are ENABLED.

You must be the first car in line in order to activate the wash (the Bluetooth enabled technology will detect the your mobile when the vehicle is first in line).

You select ‘Start wash’, and then follow onsite instructions to finish the car wash.
No you cannot. The 30-day car wash pass is only able to be used on one wash per day.
It depends on the specific wash purchased, there are limitations as mentioned in the product details on the App.
Yes, Journie members will receive a transaction receipt to the email address we have on file associated with their Journie account.
As of right now, no. Journie Rewards is only available on retail purchases for the time being.

As a Fleet cardholder, you can only redeem gas discounts earned on your Journie Rewards account when paying with a personal payment card. Redeeming a merchandise reward is easy, just head in store to pick up your reward. Be sure to present your Journie Rewards App or card at time of purchase.
Yes! To save on purchases made with a Fleet payment card, you must be a fully registered Journie Rewards member and present your Journie App or card at the time of your eligible purchase at participating Fas Gas and Ultramar locations across Canada.

Now, you can earn Journie Rewards points when you shop at your participating M&M Food MarketTM stores by downloading the Journie Rewards app and linking your M&M Food MarketTM Rewards account to your Journie Rewards account. Once your accounts are linked, you will earn 1 Journie Rewards point per $1.00 spent at M&M Food MarketTM.

That is fine! All that is required when linking the accounts using the Journie Reward app is to enter your registered M&M Food MarketTM email address into the linking page. You will then receive a verification e-mail to complete the process.
No, the two programs remain separate and the sign in information is not linked to one another. Please continue to use your existing login credentials for each separate account.

After selecting the M&M Food MarketTM voucher as your reward in the Journie Rewards app, just grab your M&M Food MarketTM Express product in store and scan your app at checkout. Your voucher will automatically be applied on your next transaction if the terms and conditions are met.
After selecting the M&M Food MarketTM voucher as your reward in the Journie Rewards app, present the QR code or voucher code to your M&M Food MarketTM Meal Advisor prior to payment. The Meal Advisor will apply the voucher to your applicable transaction.
After selecting the M&M Food MarketTM voucher as your reward in the Journie Rewards app, enter the digital code into the “Promotional Code” field during the check out stage on the M&M Food MarketTM website. It’s important to note that these Journie Rewards M&M Food MarketTM voucher codes can only be used on the M&M Food MarketTM website.
It can take up to 30 minutes for a transaction to appear on the Journie Rewards app.

Aside from the 7¢/L discount you could select to receive when you reach 300 Journie points, gas discounts of different values are also offered through Journie Rewards deals and promotions. If you have recently participated in a Journie Rewards promotion or successfully entered a promo code and have earned a gas discount, you should see your Deal Terms under ‘Your Deals’ when you log in to your account through your App or Journie.ca. These terms will tell you the discount value, minimum/maximum spend requirements, and any instructions on when and where to use your discount. Be sure to use your discount before it expires and present your Journie Rewards App or card at time of purchase to redeem. Happy saving!
Bonus Points and Point Multipliers can be offered through Journie Rewards deals and promotions.

If you have recently participated in a Journie Rewards promotion or successfully entered a promo code and earned Bonus Points, these points would have been added instantly to your account balance. You can check your point balance when you log in to your account through your App or Journie.ca. Be sure to check for any new rewards that may have been unlocked after the Bonus Points were added to your account.

Point Multipliers will also be applied to select gas grades and products from time to time as a part of deals and promotions. If you make an eligible purchase where a Point Multiplier is applied, the multiplier will be applied to all eligible products within that transaction. You will see your updated point balance and the points earned through the multiplier printed on your receipt and within your transaction history in your App or on Journie.ca.
For a limited time, 75 Bonus Points will be awarded to those members who complete registration and/or validate their Journie account during the promotion period. This promotion may be terminated at any time.
For a limited time, 75 Bonus Points will be awarded to those members who opt in for email communication. Opt-in Bonus Points are only issued one time per customer. This promotion may be terminated at any time.
On Tuesdays and Thursdays at Fas Gas, present your Journie App or card at time of purchase to save 3¢/L up to a maximum of 100 litres on your diesel fill-up at participating Fas Gas stations across Canada.

On Fridays at Fas Gas, present your Journie App or card at time of purchase to save 3¢/L up to a maximum of 100 litres on your Premium Gas fill-up at participating Fas Gas stations across Canada.

Remember, in order to get your savings, you must be fully registered for Journie Rewards and your Journie App or card must be presented at the time of your eligible purchase at participating Fas Gas stations across Canada. Otherwise, the discount will not be applied.

On Thursdays (and Fridays in QC only) at Ultramar, present your Journie App or card at time of purchase to save 3¢/L up to a maximum of 100 litres on your Supreme Gas fill-up at participating Ultramar stations in Ontario and Québec.

Remember, in order to get your savings, you must be fully registered for Journie Rewards and your Journie App or card must be presented at the time of your eligible purchase at Ultramar stations in Ontario and Québec. Otherwise, the Supreme discount will not be applied.

For a limited time, after you’ve successfully submitted your CanaDream Promo Code in the Journie Rewards App or at Journie.ca, you’ll receive 2¢ per litre off every gas purchase, as long as you present your Journie Rewards card or app at time of purchase and your transaction occurs within the beginning and end dates specified in your CanaDream RV rental agreement.
Customers who confirm their Journie Rewards membership at the time of booking will receive a discount of 5% off the vehicle rental charge of their CanaDream RV reservation. Visit CanaDream for full details.
Yes, being fully registered for Journie Rewards is the only way to load and access your deal, so be sure to confirm your email address to complete your registration. All it takes is one click in the email you receive at the end of your registration process.

Pick up a Journie Rewards card at any participating On the Run, Pioneer, Fas Gas, Ultramar or Chevron locations, or use the number on your current card, and register your card online at Journie.ca.
If you’re not already a Journie member, you can easily enter your promo code during the registration process. Otherwise, all you have to do is log in and enter it in the promo code field at the top of your App or on journie.ca

Once you’ve entered your promo code successfully, you should see your offer details under ‘Deals’ when you log in through your App or journie.ca.
Your 2¢/L Gas Discount is loaded as soon as you enter the code successfully through your Journie account and it’s automatically applied to the next 1,000 litres of gas you purchase within 6 months of the day you entered your code at any participating Pioneer, Fas Gas, Ultramar or Chevron station (in addition to any other gas savings for which you qualify)—as long as you present your Journie Rewards app or card.

You should see your discount details under ‘Deals’ when you log in to your account through your app or journie.ca.

You can use your gas savings at any of the participating stations: Pioneer, Fas Gas, Ultramar, Chevron.
If you’re a registered Journie Rewards member and you’ve logged into your Journie Rewards App, you can start charging by connecting to any available On the Run ultra-fast charger.
The price per kWh will be displayed in the Journie Rewards App and the On the Run ultra-fast charger screen.
The Journie Rewards App accepts the following payment methods: Credit Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Note that you can also pay with Credit Card, Visa/Mastercard Debit Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay at the charger payment terminal. However, we recommend using the Journie Rewards App to ensure you stay informed during your charge.
To initiate your EV charge, a $50 pre-authorization (taxes included) is required. You will only be billed for the actual total using your preferred payment method.
It depends on the issuing bank or financial institution. In some cases, it may be released immediately after the transaction is finalized while in other cases it may take several days. Please call the number on the back of your debit or credit card if you have questions.
You will only be billed for the energy delivered and not the $50 pre-authorized amount. Please start a new session to continue charging.
You can access this under Account, then select Manage Payments. You can set default, add and remove payment methods.
There are two ways you can find a charger for your EV.

The first is as simple as tapping CHARGE EV after you log into your Journie Rewards App.

You can also head to the Map tab in your app and tap the EV button to filter locations based on those that have EV chargers.

No matter which route you choose, you’ll be shown which chargers are available along the On the Run EV ultra-fast charging network, which continues to grow in BC, Ontario, and Quebec.

Chargers are meant to be compatible with most popular EV models.
To start a charge on an On the Run ultra-fast charger:

Open your Journie Rewards App and log in.

Tap CHARGE EV and choose the location at which you’d like to charge your EV.

Follow the instructions in your app and be sure the STATION ID on the charger matches what you’re seeing in your app and ensure you choose a port that is compatible with your EV.

Note that you can start a charge using the On the Run ultra-fast charger screen however we recommend using the Journie Rewards App to ensure you stay informed during your charge.
For a limited time, Journie members who’ve logged into their Journie Rewards App to start and pay for their charge can earn a $5 c-store discount with the first pay-as-you-go charge and with every 100 kWh of energy delivered.

The first paid EV charge in the Journie App must be greater than 5 minutes to qualify for this offer. The additional $5 in-store reward based on every 100 kWh charged in the App is calculated cumulatively starting with the first paid EV transaction.
Currently, there is no progress bar available. However, you can view receipts from your transaction history to see how many kWh you have charged.
A minimum spend of $5 is required before tax. Ensure that you use your phone number or app in-store to redeem. The amount will automatically be applied to your next in-store transaction. Discount to be applied before tax. 60 days to redeem. One per transaction. Cannot be combined with any other offer. For the time being, EV charging is not connected to Journie Points, but while you charge you can definitely earn points on in-store purchases at participating locations.
Currently, EV charges are not featured as a reward option through Journie Rewards, although you can earn a $5 c-store discount with the first pay-as-you-go charge and with every 100 kWh of energy delivered for a limited time.
Your charging progress and information about your ongoing charge will be displayed in the App and on the On the Run ultra-fast charger’s screen.
You can access this information in the App under Account and Transaction history. You can also share the PDF using your mobile phone’s native features (mail, message, download, etc.).
There are two ways to stop a charger on an On the Run ultra-fast charger.

In your Journie Rewards App, you can simply press the STOP CHARGING button to end your session at any time.

Otherwise, you can stop your charge by pressing the corresponding prompt on the On the Run ultra-fast charger’s screen.

Parkland has recently acquired a number of Husky Gas stations. Over a period of time, these Husky stations will be converted to either a Pioneer, Fas Gas, Ultramar, or Chevron station.
The myHusky Rewards program will still be in effect at remaining Husky stations, but will no longer be available once these stations convert to an On the Run, Pioneer, Fas Gas, Ultramar or Chevron location.

However, converted stations will immediately be a part of the Journie Rewards program, with amazing member benefits and reward options!
Points balances from the myHusky Rewards program can be used at remaining non-converted Husky stations, but will not be accepted at a station once it’s been converted to an On the Run, Pioneer, Fas Gas, Ultramar, or Chevron.

Journie Rewards offers a number of great member benefits, including a 7 ¢/L Gas Discount and rewards for free snacks, drinks and more.
Upon entering the promo code in your App or on Journie.ca, you will automatically save 7¢/L on every gas purchase you make over a 90 day period, once the site converts, up to a maximum total savings of $20.
myHusky Rewards and Journie Rewards are separate programs and you are not able to use your myHusky Rewards card for the Journie Rewards program.
No, the 7¢/L Gas Discount will only work at the recently converted Husky station.
Yes, the promo code you received is stackable with other gas savings, including the 7¢/L Gas Discount you earn at 300 Journie Points, if you have selected that Reward in your account preferences.
Journie Rewards is currently not available for home heating and business customers. You can still earn rewards at the pump and in store at over 1200 service stations across Canada.
